September 2009 - AOS Filers

Recommended Posts

I have created a spreadsheet time line for AOS September filers, if anyone would like to be added to the sheet or if there are any errors, incomplete values just post in this thread and I will make the necessary changes. Also any recommendations or improvements for the sheet would be greatly appreciated.

There are only two sets of data that is outstanding:

1) Whether you submitted the I-693 Medical Form with your AOS Package

2) Whether you intend doing an early walk in on Biometrics and if so when or if you are not and are attending Biometrics on the date that was given to you by USCIS.

Thanks :)

AOS September 2009 Filers

Awesome! I did not send I-693. I am trying to reschedule my Biometrics. If I'll be able to reschedule it for an earlier date, I'll go for that date and otherwise I'll try a walk-in.

hey everyone! just checking Sept. AOS filers :D I plan to submit mine between 1st to 2nd week of October. Will get the result from my chest xray on Tuesday coz i was positive on TST. aaargh. hopefully Ill be able to get my I-693 from the CS then.. I still have to fix my I-194 as my name was mispelled :crying: anyway, wish ur application gets a speedier process.

Why did you had TST?

coz the civil surgeon said so. i even had the blood test for Hiv and varicella titer. I insisted that i only need him to transfer my DS 2035 to I-693, but he told me that the hiv and rpr (whatever that is) back in the phil is only valid for 3months and should be re tested and USCIS requires this test. my husband was tired so he just told me to go with it. we paid $235!! then the xray was $85!!. goodness gracious, so expensive! didnt ur CS required it from u?

Sheesh! CS here are so ####### in general. You are not required. K1-Visa medical exam abroad is valid for 1 year. I have same issue. But, me and my husband insist that it states in USCIS rules. So, I just complete the required vaccinations.

You should've had Dr Arnold in Texas to transcribe your vaccinations onto the I-693 for $30. Much cheaper then having another medical. They also ask you what shots you've had & if you need to get anymore.

To completely change the subject... I made 2 apple pies!! I even made my own pastry! There is no way I would've had time to do this in UK. Our neighbour has an apple tree so he brought loads of apples over so I used them for pie & to cure some of my boredom. They must've been good because there's none left! lol.

I feel like Bree Van Der Kamp (Desperate Housewives if anyone watches it?)

Sheesh! Guys! You make me inspire in making a pie too.I have my blueberries frozen, we went to blueberries picking at the end of July. I have bunch of apples from parent's apple tree. Hehehehe! I am thinking of making apple fritters and blueberry shake later so that my husband gonna have snack when he get home.

I am thinking of making apple pie though. Love our apple peeler!

Nope, no touches. I don't think we will until after my Bio appointment. You had yours done already, right? So you may hear something sooner.

Is your hubby getting antsy? What kind of work is he thinking of doing when he gets his EAD?
