I am trying to look if someone already started the thread for September 2009 - AOS filers, but I couldn't find one so I started this one.

I just sent my AOS package today, and my NOA1 will fall on September.

I hope that there's someone out there that have same timeline of AOS as mine.

09/13/2011 - CSC received the package

09/15/2011 - CSC cashed check and NOA1 Received

09/26/2011 - Biometrics Appointment Notice Date (Sent)

10/13/2011 - Early Biometrics

10/19/2011 - Biometrics Appointment

10/26/2011 - GC expiration

11/25/2011 - Received RFE

11/28/2011 - Sent response to RFE

01/13/2012 - Ordered card production (Approved)

I am trying to look if someone already started the thread for September 2009 - AOS filers, but I couldn't find one so I started this one.

I just sent my AOS package today, and my NOA1 will fall on September.

I am planning to send it either Monday or Tuesday! So I will be a September filer as well! I am the USC and my now husband is from England. He entered on a K1.

Hi! We just sent my papers too yesterday through UPS. They said, it will arrive on Monday, so probably I could get my NOA1 within the September. So, I consider myself September... :D

Hi everyone.

Finally there is a September threat, that means we are getting there... unfortunatelly my timeline doesn't start till September 14th :-( But I though I'll write something in here anyways.

08/23/07 biometrics appt.

10/03/07 EAD card production ordered, 2 emails from cris

10/15/07 2 emails from cris regarding approved EAD

10/15/07 Finally mailed off RFE!!!!!!!!!

10/17/07 EAD in mail

10/19/07 AOS showes up online :-)

11/28/07 Transfer to CSC

12/17/07 Email from CRIS... card production ordered... ;-)

09/23/09 filled for ROC... yay, finally

I am just wondering after we sent our AOS to Chicago Lockbox, do they send it to California? Hehehehe... Me and my husband thinking of going there if our case will take a bit longer. It isn't far from where we live now...

By the way.... I am happy to see you guys being a September AOS filer too. :thumbs:

Can anyone that has already sent their package give me an example of your cover letter??

Also, when we had the vaccination part of the medical form transcribed, they wouldn't seal it...is this a problem?

I used the cover letter example here, then just modified it for my AOS, then this time, it's me who signed it.

Hmmmmm.... I wasn't sure of that, mine I told the CS that I need the papers to be sealed. So, it's sealed, besides I was told also at the medical clinic, when it is immigration papers, they usually sealed.

My medical forms are all tightly sealed in an envelope. But then my case is different, I had to do medical all over again though.

Hmmmmm.... I just noticed, I was September 2008 K1-Visa Filer. And now, I am September AOS Filer too.... Hehehehe... On September 8 is the anniversary of our first meeting (Me and my husband) and also First Monthsary of being married...

I am thinking to write a book about our relationship since the first time we met online. Some of our friends said... it would interesting who me and my husband end up together.

Seems.... I hope there's a lot of September 2009 AOS Filers out there.... :star:

OK I think I am all set to send the forms off tomorrow at some point. I think I am going to send them overnight...since tomorrow is Thursday I don't want the weekend holding it up! haha. Where is everyone from?
