so,

when i called today i was informed that ... i am in AP for name checks obviously and have been since 27th july.

I do not know how much of this I believe due to the fact the story changes every time I call makes me doubt this fact.

besides being infected with the bubonic plauge I am in name checks and being audited next week .....

AP????????? What does that mean? they had a hit on a name or something? This is crazy, mentally draining, and exhausting. Im so sorry Courtney, I wish I could wave my magic wand and make it all better for you!!!

I thought FBI cleared up 98% of back log of names, it takes since July 27 th to do a name check, excuses, excuses, excuses, its BS. Sorry for ranting, have hugh headache from worry with a false RFE from NVC, Im going to cut out early and go home.

I am not asking questions the lady said AP but I am not approved so I asked what she meant she said NAME CHECKS.....

I mean I dont have a clue but at this point does it really matter .... and the crazy thing he ALREADY HAS A SSN he has been here so they missed the name hit the last two trips ???

I am so beyond sick of this process probably why i dont visit this wonderful visa family ...

Courtney, maybe its time to all the congressman or a senator!!! I dont understand it, does not make sence at all.

i am going to see the husband on the 26th ... if nothing when i get home I will make calls and send letters/emails for now just to busy trying to balance work kids and far away husband........... some days are worse than others some are so great...
