WAIT....sumtin is wrong FINESSE naw chat

i am pissed off right now..

my son is the most difficult child in the world...

he rides the bus to school and discovered that his bus this year is one of those short busses (you know the one that everyone calls the retard bus) so now he is refusing to ride it...

yesterday he took his money and took the city bus to school..

today he wanted me to give him a ride and i said no because his school is out of the way and i would be late for work..

i told him he better take that short bus to school and shut up about it....i am not giving him any money to take the city bus either

as i was leaving he told me he hated me....

Uh oh, well first don't be too upset with him Finesse, lil man got pride. Just try to sit and reason with him when you are both calm about the benefits of taking the "yellow bus". My daughter just started high school. She was able to take the Yellow bus to school in middle school cause it was 1.5 miles from our home. This year we are 1.89 miles from the school and no bus service. (kinda upset with that) With the shape she has I don't want men honking/yelling at her when she is walking. Tell him to be happy him no affi walk!

Good Morning All.....

Well today I was able to do my cheer that my kids look forward to hearing every year (they hate it)...

Give me a S--C--H---O---O----L. What does that spell Scholl School WE LOVE SCHOOL!!!

See every year on the first day of school the hell with the alarm clock I stand between my kids rooms and at the top of m lungs I do my cheer. I scare them shytless every time where they either jump or fall out of bed.

So I have two down and two to go My baby went to 8th grade today :crying: and my middle went to third. They both looked so adorable. I’ll have to post pics. Next week the twins going to Kindergarten.

Man I'm still shaking I can't believe 2morrow my baby turns a teenager. Ugh where did the time go I now yesterday when we went to orientation my son has regular voice but every time he spoke to the ladies his voice dropped down 2 levels. I looked at him like WTH?? He looked at me like mom please don't say anything.

I think I'm going to like his new school it gears to technology. I really hope he likes it but the curriculum looks harder so I have to get ready to stay on his butt. I noticed I really need to be involved in there studies more.

This is definitely a nice story to hear today! I start the week after next with the Kindergarden class. I hope they don't assault me and tie me to a chair lol

awwww he didn't mean it, he was just upset. i remember saying the same thing to my mother and i love her more than life itself.

smart boy you have there though figuring out how to get himself to school. how old is he? and if he isn't too young why not let him take the city bus to school. I know we did.

city bus is $2 each way....that is $4 a day....waste of money when the school bus picks him up for free right at our doorstep

am i being a cruel mother by making him ride the short bus?

no your not

Finesse, I dont think you are being cruel. Obviously, his life is not ruined. Other kids are taking the bus. He MUST understand that $20 a week is alot of money to be wasting. Maybe when he asks you for something let him know it either the city bus - or something else he may want or need. Like no new sneakers or something else he HAS to have...

$2 bucks each way on the city bus! wow I remember when it was like 70 cents! I understand your point and I understand his. If you get a month bus pass it could work our cheaper then the $2 each way.

But I am like you if the bus picks you up right in front of your house you need to take that. He will eventually get over it. Kids can be so hard headed when they have made up their mind.
