that if the father name get added after they have to show proof that he's been involved in the child;s life

not sure if that applicable since the girls are still minors

Yea..mi did a read the RGD website..it says if the child is not registered at all dem need this list a tings.. and if dem registered it not so hard fi add..BUT who knows how uptodate that info is
