here in the good old state of va .. you cant put the fathers name on the bc unless they sign paternity papers saying they are the father ... i made sure imy kids dad was there to sign the papers

same thing in CT unless ur married..mi married with both and no issues...i do not expect them to put nobody name on BC without paternity acceptance..SO this is why ediat mumma shoulda drag Kashi to where ever he needs to go to legitimize the kids come on man!
