Hope you feel better soon Cat (F)

I've had a bottle of Wray & Nephew in my kitchen since last January

I opened it and tried to make rum cream once :bonk: it was horrible

Not quite sure what to do with it now... wish I could send you an open container

(((hugs)))

aw, thanks. I know I could get it at a liquor store... but I dont even know where there is one around here these days. In Maine you can by booze at the grocery store and 7-11... they just dont have a good selection. The only liquor store I go to is the one off the turrnpike in NH (tax free) when I am going to boston or something! LOL

That reminds me of New Orleans. Growing up there, I was used to seeing a VERY large alcohol selection in grocery stores. I went to university in Oklahoma. I remember when I turned 21 and went to the store to get some alcohol. Someone lead me to this tiny section with a little wine & beer. I was like, "No. I want the section with ALL of the alcohol." She was like, "This is it."

That's when I learned about liquor stores. In New Orleans, I would just get alcohol from the grocery store.

I don't think you can get it here either, I carried mine back from JA...

You can get in DC. My dad loves the stuff and used to get it when he came to see me when I lived there.

Maine is just strict about those kind of things. bleh, boring but beautiful...MAINE

See, I'm not sure if having twins make labor longer, but I plan on staying at home til I am soooo close to labor I cant wait anymore. I HATE docs and hospitals. They can be sooo rude and unnurturing that would stress me out. SO I am gonna labor in our hot tub for a few hours then go to the hospital. Its like 5 mins from my house.

Hi Marlita!!!!!!!!! Congrats on your little pickneys on the way! Twins does not neccesarily mean longer labor, however there are many more complications to worry about....i would imagine you may have to deliver in the OR "just in case".....once my water broke I started hard labor for about 15 minutes and then Patricj was ready to be here and Leighana was the ####### who took longest.....she was an hour and a half after her brother.....she flipped over and went breech after I delivered Patrick naturally....she was and emergency C-Section becasue of complications I was having which I would rather not go into details about and scare you.....Best of luck with your pregnancy chica and pray you have a better one than I did.....If you need anything please let me know.....I have a plethra of double things!

I agree it must be something about the room they have when one pops out. My daughter came out first and then my son was in position but he disappeared. He went right back up there. They had to actually push on my stomach to get him to move back down. I was numb so I didn’t feel a thing and then fifteen minutes lata here he came. I wanted to smack him on the rass so bad for making me wait.

Steven also was not feeling the needles, which I FULLY understand. Then he REALLY wasn't feeling the full-body exam they give.

what kind of full body exam that

btw, since your fiance just did the medical and i know you are one for details

what exactly do they do?

it seems very intimidating based on the bad experiences of some yardies

NAT the medical exam is not that bad...my husband was totally naked and he didn't care that much, it was the nurse that kept staring at him that made him sick. He kept asking her if she was okay, until she got up and left the room. The doctor then walked in and asked why she didn't give him something to cover up with. The doctor wasn't with him that long and he was out of there. Tell you fiance to make sure he eats something before the exam.

The nurse must have been amazed at what she saw.. So now we know why your always saying. Mi juss lub (L) mi husband...
