Hey yardies.....waving....got a burning question for you all.

If you were sending an I-129 petition withdrawl, would you send it to these 3 places only:

Kingston

Embassy of the United States

142 Old Hope Road

Kingston 6

Jamaica

National Visa Center

Attn WC

31 Rochester Ave Suite 200

Portsmouth, NH 03801-2915

USCIS

CSC

PO Box 30111

Laguna Niguel, CA 92607-0111

Do those look like the right addresses too?

Thanks

Danelle

:((F):(

A simple but professional letter should be drafted containing both your and the beneficiary's identifying information (including current receipt/case number) and a brief explanation (generic is fine) for the withdrawal.

Include a copy of your NOA1/I-797c and mail to the service center where your case is now pending. I would annotate on the envelope "Withdrawal of Petition I-129f."

From here: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...=withdrawing+k1

I guess if the I-129F was approved you should also send the letter to the other 2 places

Thanks for the link and response.....I appreciate it.

No sad face....it ended long ago and we have moved on. I'm not sad anymore.

yeah ms tee.. he is taking pics right??? they will see u guys don't really look like that big of an age difference.. he is not looking like a dyam gigolo or ur shoulder..

they used to blue slip alot a while back for the fiance's presence, im gonna be honest.. but i havnt seen one in a while.

Sorry Im responding to this late, but in a sense Im glad Im not going. He handles himself very well. I don't want to mess up his chances by being all nervous about it so I feel very confident for him. Yes, he is taking pics. I am mailing off a cd with all the pics. His momma will print them out.

Thanks for the compliment!

Thank you!!! How you doing today?

Doing better. I've been nursing a cold since Tuesday..I just have the residual cough now. I plan to go to dance class tonight hopefully that will help get some of my energy back.

Hope you're well

Im still sick as well allergies and all this dust flying around my office ugh, I sound like a man lol

Are you boycotting me?????

Hey mi gyal of course not me just slow tuh rhatid! Yuh going to the festival down 52nd st this weekend? soon come wid deh PM

Absolutely! just not sure what time yet

Yeah me too I'll definitely let you know

question ppl

if we get his tax transcript do we still need all them other things

or will the tax transcript provide everything we need?

Bunz I believe the transcript will suffice for the returns but he may need to still need to submit W2's.

Someone else please chime in, I sent the W2 and Tax Returns and never went the Transcript route so I don't want to pass on no false info to mi gya

That right! You have to send w-2's and 1099R (this is related to a 401K pension fund - if you took a harship withdraw) or if you opened a bank account and they promised a fixed amt for opening an accout like $25.00 for opening a checking account.. and if you are in college and you have paid into financial aid, they use a 1099R for tax purposes too.
