I went to Saladworks with my Manager for lunch and had a spinach salad with walnuts, cranberries, raisins, feta cheese, apples, shrimp and googobs of Raspberry dressing LOL

Well today I was able to do my cheer that my kids look forward to hearing every year (they hate it)...

Give me a S--C--H---O---O----L. What does that spell Scholl School WE LOVE SCHOOL!!!

See every year on the first day of school the hell with the alarm clock I stand between my kids rooms and at the top of m lungs I do my cheer. I scare them shytless every time where they either jump or fall out of bed.

Am I the ONLY one who saw that?? (Dada.. love you girl)

Sus: What a #######.... They should pin his azz to a tree at a gun range.. Stupid **

DaDa: Give you don't have any sense. Let them kids get their last bit of rest. lol

Girl you would be rolling if you saw me do it. I sneak up the steps and I position myself right in the middle I even test my voice like lalala as if I'm about to start singing and I mean I SCREAM it!!! The looks on there faces jumping up like WTH I love it. Sick I know. I 'm sitting here laughing as I think of it now. Oh and the night before school when they have to go back to there regular bed times I sing Good Night Sweet Heart well its time to go..... bumbumbabum….

alright what had happen was...i logged in and copied all the names of the yardies that were logged in at the time and pasted it in the post (if you wasn't logged in at the time i missed you) LAWD MI SORRY mstee!

I am the only one that likes lettuce, tomato, cucumbers, chicken and regular cheese in a salad?? All that stuff you all talk about putting in ur salad I be like huh??

Im kinda a plain salad eater too NO CUKES and no peppers of any kinda (gas)

LOL Dada since I eat so much salad I need to always spice it up. I am always looking for different exotic salad recipes.

I love cucumbers I put them in mine too, do you like cucumber salad with vinegar onions and scotch bonnet pepper?

I actually lost fat when I was pregnant. The day I had Tierra I weighed the same as the day I found out. I walked so much... but I guess that is because Her father took my car and would never come home and we had a dog I walked a million times a day just to get out of the house!

What ever happened to that stray? Did he ever come back?

When I was pregnant with my daughter i would only gain a half a pound at a time i was scared!
