AUGUST I-130 PETITIONS!!

MsSheka, ours had a mailing address problem. my hubby and i were arguing about that for weeks he wrote on the form his apartment address (which has no mailbox or whatsoever) and then his PO box on the cover letter. i told him they will mail it to his apartment. he said PO box. we argued on and on while waiting and i was already having a gut feeling about it then on August 28th at 8am (my time) i checked case status online and there it was. it said that on August 27th the post office returned the NOA1 back to CSC and said it was undeliverable. i immediately told my hubby to call them and check on this. there was finally a way to make him call USCIS asap. if not he would have waited 30 days before calling and complain that we still don't have our NOA1 hardcopy!! not that he already didn't. he did call about 3 or 4x before. the first few times he didn't get to talk to a "real" person just the machine. then the last call a "real" person but rude. the rude amanda b**** said to wait 30 days yada yada yada and when my hubby tried to explain she was all "do you need me to explain this to you again?" i have posted about that on here before

anyway, all that is fixed now. he called that day when we got the email from USCIS about that and he got it fixed this time. i am glad that the one who answered is more polite and accommodating than amanda. she even apologized for amanda

I'm sorry to hear that I tripple checked mine just to make sure but I have a feeling my check will be cashed soon as for "AMANDA" she better not be rude to me cause I will go over her head

it's ok now. he always forgets to put his mailing address. also he just moved to his apartment so he had no idea that the place gets no mails etc....all his neighbors got PO boxes too lol

about amanda, my hubby said she sounded like you were bothering her by making her answer calls. like she has something better to do than answer the phone. i wonder why she is in customer service if she doesn't wanna entertain inquiries. if i was her supervisor i will fire her
