Hey Mark :star: welcome back :thumbs: I know that it would be hard for you to leave :crying: i hate to leave my hubby it feels like i snatched all my hair outt1943.gif and someone just smashed my heartt0137.gif...anyways i'm glad your back i'm still waiting for CSC to wake upm0350.gifi stopped checking online as often as i used tom0360.gif I wish we could walk into CSC for real just to see if my adjudicator is online playing gamesm0305.gif :whistle::whistle::whistle:

I hope you hear something really soon!!

We drove through Portsmouth , NH when David was here and it was so tempting to pop in and see just who is in charge of our life. I too used to wonder if maybe our reviewer was slacking or sleeping, on vacation or maybe maternity leave or dead! :dead:

Just as I am about to lose it is when we always seem to get that next bit of info!

Walking away from my husband at the airport was so hard. You would think it might get easier the more we have to do it but it actually seems harder each time. It rips me apart when we go our separate ways. I just want our life to begin and I want it now.

What a great week though! It was amazing. I've been on cloud 9. :innocent:

What trouble have you all been getting into while we were away? :whistle:

08/18/09: I-130 Sent to Chicago

08/20/09: I-130 Received by USCIS

08/25/09: NOA1

09/22/09: NOA2

10/05/09: Received case# and gave emails

10/07/09: Received DS-3032 and AOS email

10/09/09: Sent DS-3032 email to optin electronic filing

10/15/09: Paid both AOS & IV fees

10/16/09: Received email electronic filing accepted

10/18/09: Sent AOS via email

10/23/09: Received email that AOS was accepted and waiting for IV

10/27/09: Sent IV via email

11/10/09: Signon to payment failure

11/19/09: Received email for interview - December 14th

12/14/09: Approved for Visa

12/16/09: Received Visa

Just checking in on Ms. Sheka...my teen and I are now in Montana, about to spend all day on a college visit! We got to the hotel at 1AM...yawn...I'll be back to check tonight. Hope there's good news!

Our timeline:

2/88: We met in Sydney, Australia at a youth hostel! He's Finnish, I'm American-both were in our early 20s at the time and fresh out of college (so couldn't afford to visit each other's countries after that!). We had a three-day romance, then went our separate ways. He actually was going to Sydney a week later, but decided at the last minute to cut his trip short in another country and go early. Wow.

1988-1998: Wrote "snail mail" letters/sent Xmas cards, but lived our separate lives. I married someone else, divorced in 2006...he lived with someone for years and then that ended.

10/08: Because of a series of random life events, I Googled my Finn Man and found him (but no link to his email, and the website his name was on was in Estonian so I couldn't even read it!). It took me two weeks to find a link to someone else, who forwarded my email to him (we were both single at the time thankfully!!!!). The email went to his spam folder but he happened to check it that day and responded back to me immediately! This was after 10 years of no contact and almost 21 years of not seeing each other after we first met.

11/08-5/09: We traveled back and forth to visit each other. Love at first (second?) sight!

7/09: Married in Helsinki, Finland...after meeting randomly 21 1/2 years ago and finding each other again!!!!!

8/13/09: I-130 sent!!!!!!!!!

Rest is on my timeline!

Seriously?! I was under the impression that CSC was quicker. I was even excited when I we got CSC processing. #######.
