Hi everyone! I was out in the field working today, then my daughter had her senior pics taken tonight (yikes!), so just got home! Kind of a quiet day?????

Tree-my case didn't get updated until yesterday, even though my approval was on Friday. Are you on the text alert system? It seems like touches mean approval soon!!!!!!

well i got in late on discussing in the forums. Below is my timeline...got a touch 9/23. Nothing in the mail yet? Is it going to be this week?

8/4-sent i-130

8/5-received i130 at chicago

8/10-NOA at CSC

8/12-touch

9/23-touch

When do i get NOA 2??? Hope soon. Although I haven't waited as long as some of the other members. I am waiting eagerly checking the USCIS website every few minutes daily. Just hope i get something email or hard copy this week.

really?? ours is still not updated in the website. your adjudicator is more diligent updating than ours lol

MsSheka you were RIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The touch was an approval :dance: :dance: Our online case status still shows that it's under review, but my husband got the hardcopy NOA2 on Monday (yesterday)...he just woke me up to tell me :content: :content: :lol: :lol: :D :D

Yup, the NOA2 date is the same as the touch, but it still doesn\'t show up as anything else...but who cares...onto the next step!! No, I\'m not going back to sleep, but then again it\'s 9am here lol...but I\'ll have a spring in my step all day now....suppose I should say that my husband wasn\'t wrong (I can\'t bring myself to say he\'s right :P ) but the only evidence we had was a single affidavit from his father, and it was enough!! There I was about to murder him and it had been approved all along :blush:
