Hi Everyone!

Really quiet for a Monday. I hope that means CSC is working on everyone else's petitions.

Abbie, I hope your doing ok in the Philipines. I heard on the news today it was the worst flood there in 40 some years.

I got a nice letter from the IRS on Saturday. It was a freakin bill saying I owe $407 in pentaly fees for my 2007 taxes. Thats the last thing I need before I order my transcripts. My tax guy messed up that year. AHH!!!

Does anyone know if thats going to mess things up for the AOS process. I hope not

:crying:

MsSheka: I think we're all ready to pop open the bottle of champaign as soon as you get your approval. I wish CSC would hurry up with yours and everyone else who hasn't gotten approved yet. I have this theory. They are doing it by country based on alphabets groups, so countries A-G got approved first. haha... thats just my stupid theory.

Good luck everyone!

Fantastic...the United Kingdom is practically the last country on the list :( :(  :o :o

On August 18, 2009, we received this CRI89 PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED, and mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow any instructions on this notice. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or contact our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

During this step, USCIS initiates the background checks of the applicant/petitioner and identifies issues that may need to be addressed either during an interview or by asking the applicant/petitioner to submit additional information or documentation. USCIS reviews applicant's/petitioner's criminal history, determines if there are national security concerns that need to be addressed, and reviews the application/petition for fraud indicators

CAN U BELIEVE THAT

IS THAT TRUE OR THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG????
