hi i would like to know at what point r we supposed to have the police clearance ready? and when and where is it sent...and with which application or document? i jes need to know ahead of time to get things ready...at same time i have to calculate the timing correctly as these pcc's r valid for only 6 months. im still waiitn for noa2.

If is a Police Certificate from another country then the one you living in now.....start RIGHT AWAY...because they usually takes about 8 weeks from the time you apply for it, if everything filled properly...if not it may take longer.

That is a mistake I did and it cost us a delay of 5 months......so start EARLY!!!!!

2011-01-10------------Received NOA1 for AOS, EAD, & AP

2011-01-18------------Biometrics letter received

2011-02-07------------Case transferred to CSC

2011-02-10------------Biometrics in Detroit

2011-02-28------------Permanent Resident Card Production Ordered

2011-03-07------------Green Card and Welcome Letter received
