I have had to deal with the embassy in yerevan on two separate immigration issues, and they were absolutely terrible.

Tbilisi seems like a step up on the career ladder DOS-wise, IMO, and so by inference I would expect the staff there to be slightly better.

But thats all inferential and just my 2 cents.

Thank you for your opinion on this. It does help me get a handle on what to do. Also thanks to everyone else for their help!
