I am a US citizen

My mother is currently in US on visitor visa and her visitor visa staying period (I-94) is about to expire on 7th of September 2009.

I have already applied for her I-130 and it has been approved at CSC (I selected consulate processing in it).

How can I change this application to adjustment of status real quick so that she does not have to go back?

What is the best route or option?

Please help,

Thanks

You should have filed for the AOS at the same time as the I-130. Have you got the NOA2 for the I-130? and has the I-130 arrived at the NVC yet?

I talked to someone at California service center and she told me that your application is enroute to NVC.

I have received email notification that your I 130 is approved and they have mailed the letter on August 24th. But I havent received it yet.

Once you get the NOA2 you need to include a copy with the I-485 application. Do not take any of the action that you might get from the NVC because if you do your mother would have to return to her home country to complete the visa application.
