NVC online payment cut-off time?

Default ACH cut-off time seems to be 3:00 pm PST, I wonder if it's the case with NVC's online IV payment system? I've submitted my payment today between 2 and 3pm PST.

that is usually the case with all ACH programs. But now NVC system is down for some reason.

Yep, 3:00pm PST it is, $400 were deducted from my account this morning.

Hey, my payment is still shown as "In Process" on NVC's payment site, what about yours? Can't print the cover sheet until it's shown as PAID.

Wait a little bit longer and then re-try later. NVC online payment is 24hrs/7Days system

Mine showed Paid and I got the coversheet printed. Give it a bit longer, their system has been flakey today.
