All, I need your expert advice. My son was born in India in Chennai, we applied for CRBA and US Passport, which went smoothly, and we had recieved it. We also applied for the india exit visa to leave the country and we have gotten that too. But now there is a huge problem, we seem to have misplaced the CRBA form and are unable to find it. My baby has a passport and the exit visa, Can he still travel without the CRBA? is the CRBA documentation an absolute requirement to travel, since ha alreadyhas a US passport. PLEASE PLEASE let me know, if you have any information on the rules.

You will only need the childs US passport or if the child is dual both passport. You can get a new copy 'only' of the CRBA, I thinks it's around $ 30.00-50.00 bucks

'PAU' both wife and daughter in the U.S. 08/25/2009

Daughter's' CRBA Manila Embassy 08/07/2008 dual citizenship
