final checking of the documents

Hello saspakbhai,

I am ready to file my parents AOS. here i want to show you the documents attched for each form. if i am wrong anywhere let me know.

1) I-130

1.my citizenship certificate

2.my birth certificate because i am applying for my parents.

3.fees $355

2)I-485

1.my parent doesn't have birth certificate so their school leaving certificate

2.their copy of passports.

3.2-photo

4.$1010 fees

5. G-325a 4 pages 2 of mine and 2 of each of my parents. i have question over here do i hvae to include mine in this or just my parents is good?

3)I-131

1.my parents passport copy and 2-photos

4)I-765

1.copy of passport of my parents i don't need to send i-94 form because i am sending with I-485 correct?

2. 2-photos

5)I-693

doctor gave me 2 diff. package for both my parents

6)I-864

1. my 3 years tax returns

2. letter from my employer

everybody who knows about this please tell me if i am missing something. i really appericate your help.you all fill the space of good lawyer.

I'm going through using this as my check list and getting answers when I am unsure on here. This link is very helpful, your package looks good. Don't forget to add a cover letter for the package.

Add your parents School leaving Certificates(since they dont have a Birth Certificate). Add their passport copies. Copies of I-94(Front & Back) and their marriage certificate/document.

2)I-485

1.my parent doesn't have birth certificate so their school leaving certificate

2.their copy of passports.

You have to submit G325a for yourself and your parents as well. It's 4 pages for you. And four pages for your parents each. Not 2.

Add copies of visa's and I-94 as well. No harm.
