bring your appoinment letter,noa2,2x2 photo,10,500 pesos,wear comfortable clothes..goodluck

just wanna know the requirements to bring on the day of medical exam under K1 at st. lukes...

i actually started my medical exam this morning...u should go there early kasi sobrang mahaba ung lines....just bring 4 pcs. 2x2 picture then put ur name at the back, ur letter from NVC or letter from the embassy that ur case was approved and u need also ur case # it should start MNL then u need 10,500 for the payment...dont forget to bring ur passport and black pen of course. dont forget u should knw the exact address and contact # of ur fiancee ...

first u signed the forms...bibigay lahat un ng guard...then fill it up then give ur # sa guard na incharge sa loob then next line for ur picture kasi magpipic ka pa dun sis. try 09233032590 if u want to know the details based on my own experience just this morning...but u know what it takes 2 days for u to take the med exam just like me i am required to go back tomorrow for my vaccinations then finish. i suggest u wear a flat shoes/slipper coz ang hirap sa loob sobrang dami ng tao...and if they instruct u to go to other floor dont be surprised of to many people just go straight ahead to the reception of every floor and give ur forms...dont waste any of ur time in standing and waiting for somebody to get ur forms u need to direct it immediately sis....basta if u want more details if u have time then call..

hello. i'm just curious about how st. luke's does vaccinations now...when you do it tomorrow, can you please ask if you're getting all vaccinations you should get (appropriate to your age) so that you don't have to pay for any when you come here.

just wondering because the vaccinations are part of what the 10,000++ fee but if they don't do all there it means they don't really provide all the services you should get for your money

i was told i got everything so more vaccinations here in the US but the truth is when I did my AOS, I was asked to do one more vaccination because it was not done in the phils.

'someone told me that she lacked one vaccine cause its not available here and she's told to do in when she adjust status in the US.
