London Forms

In the packet 3 directions it says to "mail the DS-230 Form Part I, Form DS-156, and Form DS-157 for each person and the Form DS-156-K (completed by the principal applicant only) to the Immigrant Visa Unit, 5 Upper Grosvenor Street, London W1A 2JB. Note:Note: Forms DS-156, DS-156k and DS-157 must be completed in duplicate."

But then the checklist which you are supposed to send itself it says do not mail any documents to the embassy.

So what exactly do you need to mail? Do you keep everything but the checklist and mail that back or what? I'm confused....

I'm waiting on some help for this, too! I just asked in a different thread. Hmmm... I was wondering does it mean you don't have to send copies of documents and the I-134 like the checklist says. It's not very clear.

you send DS-230 Form Part I, Form DS-156, and Form DS-157 for each person and the Form DS-156-K (completed by the principal applicant only) right away and the checklist when your ready for the interview. and you take everything else with you to the interview.

I forget which papers are in duplicate and which ones are signed and not signed but you don't send any documents with them just the forms themselves. if your ready for the interview right away you can send the checklist right with the forms.

The I-134 and supporting documents

the birth certificate and police certificate

and all other supporting documents get taken to the interview.

Can you tell me who will receive the hard copy of the NOA2. The petitioner or the beneficiary? Also, how long does it take to receive packet 3 it has been over 10 days since the NOA2 was approved.
