Papa Johns pizza is not bad...but then again I haven't found a place here in Austin that makes pizza real Italian style - it's always americanized

Actually you are wrong. Papa John's pizza with pepperchinis is some of the best delivery pizza around. :P

Are you kidding me? What part tastes good because the pizzas I've gotten tasted like plain pizza dough with a hint of cheese, sauce, and mushroom. I literally couldn't even bite into a mushroom because apparently Papa John's can't afford whole ones... looked like they were diced.

I like them quite a bit as far as fast food pizza goes. Pizza Hut is better though. The only time they skimp on toppings for us is when we get jalapenos. They'll drown the fvcker in black olives but barely sprinkle the jalapenos on there. I guess they can get the fact that someone actually wants a lot of jalapenos when they ask for a lot of jalapenos.

And the garlic butter dipping sauce is to die for.

a. Regarding the 1971 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 -- :idea: hey! Can't he trade that in under Cash-for-Clunkers and get his $4500 credit for a new econo-box, like a Civic or somethin'? Hmmm... guess not since that ended on Monday :ranting:

b. Regarding pizza --- aww, we already did the whole "Dominos vs. Papa Johns" thing. There was even a pizza poll. Everybody knows mom'n'pop shops beat those chains anyway.

The most consistently good pizza I've eaten has been Round Table. I'm Jones'n for some ...maybe tonight.

mmm, I love their maui zaui pizza, with the Polynesian Sauce..

for take-out pizza we usually go with Pizza Hut...

but the best pizza ever is from this place around here called the New York Pizzeria.. it is consistently good and their garlic bread is scrumptious, we can get a large pizza, a small pitcher of beer and a soda for around 20 bucks :thumbs: .. it is just a little far for us to go their whenever we want pizza...

My favourite pizza is Pizza Delight. Of course they're not down here...nothing remotely good in Canada is down here - with the exception of my Canadian friends and my gorgeous hubby! Their garlic fingers are ooooh soooo good.

Sigh...I remember my Camaro...1976 model. The ex made me sell it since he didn't think married women should drive a car like that. :blink:
