Hey again all,

I have my interview coming up in a couple of weeks, and I'm still confused about my situation as regards my medical and vaccinations. I had both as a part of my initial application, and then turned in the results at the Embassy as requested. Now, as far as I can tell, I DON'T need to provide the results of my medical at the interview, but I DO need to provide proof of my vaccinations. Is that right? I don't understand. Surely they were in the same envelope.

Anyway, I believe I have to submit form I-693a, which I'm supposed to get from a Civil surgeon. Problem is, the only proof I have of my inoculations is a receipt I got from paying to have them done as a part of my Visa Medical. I don't know that this is enough.

So, three questions, I guess. Do I, as a K-3 Visa holder who turned in his medical results at the Embassy when requested, need form I-693a? If I do, do I have enough proof to get it? If not, how am I supposed to get proof?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Less than two weeks till the interview.

Did you not send in an I-693A with your I-485? That is when it should have been submitted. If it wasn't acceptable, it seems to me you would have received an RFE?!
