Your city/ town or county government website will give you the answer.

It is very simple and easy to do.

When apply for AOS, any document not in English has to be translated (birth cirtificate from Vietnam). Do they accept the translation was made in Vietnam or it has to be done in US? Tks

The translation can be done anywhere, as long as the translator includes a declaration that they are fluent in both languages and signs the declaration. My fiancee's divorce decree was translated in Vietnam, and USCIS accepted it without any problems.

Many of you have brought your fiancee over to the US and married them. I am on the same boat, but marrying them and get a marriage certificate is not easy as i thought. Please share your experiences, and tell me the steps (such as forms you filled out, fees you paid, how long you had to wait, stuff like that) you did from start to finish on how to get a marriage certificate within 90 days.

Too easy in California. We were married with certificate 3 days after my wife arrived. It started off as a trip to City Hall to get the marriage license, but 30 minutes later we were officially married and later that day she had her first Social Security card reflecting name change.

Isn't romance great?
