im not sure that any forum needs a warning we are all suppose to be adults here if they dont like what they are reading then leave that forum and go to something that they are more comfortable with, i personally go and look at off topic somethings i enjoy somethings i find appalling, what i dont like i dont read, kind of like when u go out into public u ignore what u dont like maybe something that is not against the law but u in particular dont approve.

just my opinion

but it has become the domain of a few who love nothing better than to inflict themselves on anyone who dares to post in OT.

Is this really what VJ OT is for???

why do you worry about a few people. I have pretty much the same opinion of them as yourself. Just ignore them they really are quite inconsequential to VJ as a whole.

Most of the sections for the countries in which we live have a forum for general discussions which is where you will find the more intelligent conversations taking place.

But if you don't "belong" to that country's forum, the hostility levels for posting there can be blistering, not to mention, unwelcoming.

  some regional forums i've been to are downright unfriendly if you don't have that flag on your profile. fortunately, the mena folks are quite nice.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).
