ive been deported 7 years ago for overstayng my tourist visa (10year ban),also have three ofences, disturbing peace 11 years ago, shoplifting over 250$ 9 years ago,and one assault 8 years ago .my question is that the fact that the last offences was 8 years ago will be good to show rehabilitation to apply for i601 and i212 or should we wait more to apply ????never been in jail, end up with probation and fines.how tough to go through rome (italy).thanks a lot.

one more thing ,my i130 is approved and now is at NVC.
