i 485 filling

Here is my case in a nutshell

I came to us with my parents when i was 11( 19 now).I am on H4 as a derivative of my father H!B.I applied for Adjustment of status with my dad in 2007 and it is still pending and no sign of being decided.

Since my H4 visa stamp had expired (after 6 years) and so i got an extension (I539) for it till 2010 July.I went to India last year and my dad got a fresh H!b stamped but since I already had a AP and extension ,I did not get a H4 and used the Advance Parole document to come back to US.

Now I am marrying my boyfriend who is a US citizen.

for filling I 485 i have some confusions.Please help me out.

Part 1

Current status _

Do I write H4 or AOS or both? (although i dont have a H4 stamp on my passport )(have extension instead)

expires on - should I put the date my I 539 ( extension ) expires.

Part 2

I am applying for an adjustment to permanent resident status because

Should i fill a as my choice since my husband would be filling I 130 concurrently?

Part 3

In what status did you last enter?

should i write H4 /AOS pending or Advance Parole.

Non immigrant visa number

I know that it is on the passport but it has already expired.so do i still write it or my 539 number

Consulate where visa was issued

My original visa was in australia ,I got extension in US and my dad H!B visa was reissued in India

Have you ever applied for AOS before?If yes give details
