hi guys

just wondering if anyone could help me

its probably a no brainer

if i fill in the I-864 on behalf of my wife and her parents, but if they sign them

im right in thinking i need to fill out the last section where it says 'information on the preparer if prepared by somebody other than the sponsor'?

i know it probably makes sense, but right now my brain is frazzled and i dont know which end is up

thks

i dont know much but i can tell u about this section where it says

'information on the preparer if prepared by somebody other than the sponsor'?

means u got help filling up the form then that person has to sign it and if u got no help in filling that form then u sign it

i might be wrong but please wait for more opinions before u make decision. good luck. abby n sheryl

Our time line for CR1 visa took only 5 months and 1 week or 156 days; from the filing the I-130 on the 03-12-2009 to Approval of NOA2 on the 05/13/2009, then Interview on the 08/18/2009 at Manila, Philippines. We had a daughter on the 11-12-2010 named AISHA JOY means HAPPY LIFE.a1_opt-1.jpga2_opt-1.jpga3_opt-1.jpg
