sending DS3032 via email--do we also send the hard copy besides email

so i've decided to send DS-3032 vai email..Is it necessary to send the hard copy via fed-ex besides email?..would that confuse NVC?

did anybody send both ?

I-130 Journey

04-18-09 - I-130 sent USPS Priority to Chicago Lockbox

04-24-09 - I-130 received by USCS and the first touch

04-27-09 - I-130 NOA1 (California Service Center)

04-27-09 - Check Cashed

08-13-09 - I-130 Received NOA2 e-mail

08-17-09 - I-130 Received NOA2 Hardcopy (I-797)

NVC Journey

08-17-09 - NVC Received/Case number assigned

09-08-09 - NVC sent the first mail to the petitioner

I recommend to send both, email might take forever to process. There will be no confusion as long as it's the same agent selected on both forms.

nothign to loose in spendign extra $5 bucks to send it via USPS priority mail as well.

I did both and i thnik my mail one was accepted first than my email one.

I sent mine via email and received an email from them in response. I sent mine through email several times and had no problems. If your really paranoid about them getting it then send it through the mail as well it will not confuse them.

Did u also email the barcode? or u just use the template from vj?
