Hello everyone!

Just want some clarifications.

I forgot if I happen to read something about the payment of the I-129F but I want to ask:

TO WHOM ARE WE GOING TO MAKE THE CHECK PAYABLE TO?WHAT SHOULD WE WRITE IN THE CHECK?

another thing, with the birth certificate,is there anything that u can see or read at the back of it? is it necessary to photocopy the back of the birth certificate? my fiance said it has nothing at the back and that's the same birth certificate he used when he obtained passport and driver's license.

Can someone enlighten us about these concerns?

Thank you so much.

But please :help: me about the check. Thank you so much for the time.

Check the instructions pages on the I-129F - it is clearly there - Hint, look on page 5.

(I'd tell you, but it is better if you see it for yourself - this will come in handy on other forms/fees.)

The instructions are clear. Copy of FRONT AND BACK of birth certificate. DO NOT try to save a blank piece of paper and 3 seconds at the copy machine and risk an RFE for your saved effort. COPY the back, write "copy of back of birth certificate" and send it in your package
