Checking if USEM has the package

Hi. I called NVC and said they sent out my application last Aug 18th to the embassy.

Ive read in the forums that we can call the embassy to check if they have received it.

So if I call them everyday, does that mean I have to pay the $18 for the pin that is good for two uses until they tell me they have the case?

In a word, Yes. But I have heard many people say they used those PIN #'s many more times than 2.

I believe you can also call this # to find out if the embassy processed the packet, call the Dept of State before 5pm: 202-663-1225 press 1 then 0

i am guessing embassy have already received your case either yesterday or today. package from NVC usually takes 4 days to get to the USEM manila. yes you can call them but i would suggest to give them 4 days/a week. otherwise, you will be told to call back after a week or so. also, you cant schedule the interview until your case is being updated in their system. pin is good for 3 calls.

good luck!

I used it 3 times. My last call was a week ago.
