:crying::angry::crying::angry:

I'm sure someone had a good experience in casablanca, but they just stink. Today was my husband's immigrant visa interview (and they ask to rescedule if you can not keep the appointment, right). But they forgot to tell anybody that the scheduled interview can not be conducted because they still didn't get the answer for denied K-3 visa in February![/b] He came and they just sent him back! What kind of ....... is that? Another stalling method? They called me Mr. in one of the e-mails when i was talking about my husband, i don't know how ppl can know 3 languages and still be so.......

And also they reconfirmed today's interview with me, him and Congress Woman's office. So, what's up with that? and what do i do now besides feeling so screwed up? They should have a sign when ppl ask for papers to get married "beware, ur in for such a long ride that ....... don't bother and go home!"

Yeah, sorry for postisng that. Nobody knows me and nobody will reply anyway. But thanks for reading.

This happened to someone else I know. Unfortunately, it seems when one petition is sent back, the other will be automatically sent back too. However, they still schedule an interview just to have your spouse come in and be told. I don't think it is a stalling technique. just their standard way of operating. If they are questioning the validity for one petition and return it to USCIS, they automically question it for the petition that comes in after (regardless fo the order CR1-K3 or K3-CR1).

From what I understand, at this point you have to wait for the letter you receive from the USCIS. Hopefully, you will be told what the issues were with your original petitions, and hopefully USCIS will re-affirm. Your spouse would then get a second interview.

There are other people who have been through what you have been through. Hopefully one of them will read this and be able to tell you more specifically what to expect.

I am sorry they put you through this. Someone should have notified you that there is no way for you to get a visa when the K 3 was returned to USCIS. The I-130 must have slipped through.

What usally happens is the I-130 is also returned to the service center where it was approved. From there you will get a notice.

Returning approved USCIS petitions is getting pretty common for casa, The same thing happened to us. If you would like any help or information on this process, feel free to ask me.

This morning my phone rang, it was 'us govm't'. I got scared for a second, lol. It was the immigration person from our Cogress Woman's office (she was out yesterday, so i left a message). I told her what has happened, she said, she'd find out.

I don't know if there's anything I personally can do at this point.

Is there? I thought, it was about 'validity of relationship' since they told him he's lying about seeing me before applying for Tourist's visa. Well, i was wrong, i guess.

Thanks for your replies.

Tanya,

You need to have your congress woman find out exactly why the K 3 was denied. Then you will be able to get started working on overcoming the objections the CO has with your case. You want to be prepared when you get the NOIR (notice of intent to revoke) letter.

If you need any help there are lots of people here who can help you.
