Ok so I called NVC and they have given my I130 a case number but the prob is that I sent the I130 with no documents nothin at all just an I130. What to expect? Also I received letter from NVC that they received my approved I129F and that they will forward to consulate within one week. and then send info to my wife. What should I do? please help if I wait for I130 to go with CR1 will it slow it down. or should i go with I129F. My only reason is that my wife is 5 months pregnant and i want the baby to be born here so i wont have to apply for the baby also and the cost of the K3 vs the CR1? help please

If you are the biological father you can do a CRBA at the embassy and the baby will have US citizenship. Only have to get the baby a passport and that's it.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!

im sorry whats a CRBA?

Consular Report of Birth Abroad.

Wife files it at your embassy. If approved she applies for a passport and the kid can come with her or you can go get the kid anytime and bring it to the US.

If I were you I'd go with the CR-1 if I-130 was already approved. But it's not clear from your timeline if it's been approved :blink::hehe: so, :time:

second, if she's pregnant 5 months (as I am) you could go with the I-129 and get her in USA asap but it will be more expensive for you to adjust status after that. If money is not an issue, go ahead...

third, if you wanna wait for I-130 to be approved, NVC stage will take about 1-2 months, then reschedule for interview... and I'd think you'd be close to her 9 months by the time you're done with the process... then she could travel by car to USA as they are neighbors with Mexico... (I can not fly in my 9 month from Europe :P and can not take the train or drive by car :hehe: )...

That's all... now it's up to you... and please, do take the time to create and fill in a VJ timeline, so things would be more clear for others reading and for current and future members of VJ  Good luck and congrats on the baby :)
