Question regarding evidence of relationship for USEM...

If our case was filed in March of 2009, and the USCIS had evidence of our relationship such as emails, chat logs, letters, etc., isn't that stuff forwarded to the NVC, then to the USEM?

If it is, then all the USEM would need for relationship evidence would be anything AFTER the NOA2....correct?

My girl wants to know if she should bring emails, chat logs, etc. from March until now, or just from the NOA2 until now.

Thanks.

Bring all your proofs to the interview.

1. Even if you sent it to them it may have been lost

2. The proof is up to you

3. It was stated a couple years ago that everything not pertinent to the petition is put in file 13 including the cover letter.

Have her take it all, everything she has. No reason to take any chances after you've made it this far. Good Luck.

All we gave them when Elena and I went to the interview was the new evidence, they never asked for anything else and we were approved in 5 minutes. It will be a breeze, just take all you have and give them the newest stuff to update the file and if they ask for more you will have it handy.

It's is better to be prepared with whatever they may ask for than to risk getting a white slip, it is a guess once you get one of those as to how long it will take them to get back around to looking at your file after you get them what they ask for.

hey rockhouse please tell her to take much more than needed bcz u never know what they ask for it. my wife was asked for nothing but she took about 2 lbs of paper work with her, she had everything since we file the I-130 and all the NVC stuff plus all the things she got in manila, like cenmar etc..

good luck in her interview. abby n sheryl

Our time line for CR1 visa took only 5 months and 1 week or 156 days; from the filing the I-130 on the 03-12-2009 to Approval of NOA2 on the 05/13/2009, then Interview on the 08/18/2009 at Manila, Philippines. We had a daughter on the 11-12-2010 named AISHA JOY means HAPPY LIFE.a1_opt-1.jpga2_opt-1.jpga3_opt-1.jpg
