So many judgmental and patronising views...so sad as this site helps so many people with the visa process.

It 'is' sad, isn't it? But the GOOD definately OUT SHINES the bad! Lots of ANGELS in here!

I would assume there is going to be trouble, plus the situation you lied about speaks volume of your charcter. Why wouldn't you want to help support your children? If there are issues of paternity, then resolve that issue first, and then go from there.

why can't you people put your ###### claws away and just give advice? I'm sorry but you don't know this guy or his relationships past/present.. if you can't be pleasant then say nothing, this forum is for advice and support (or maybe i'm wrong) not to judge wether someone is a good person or not!!!!

The I 130 is completed by the petitioner however it does ask on page 2 to "list the husband/wife and ALL children of your relative"

So the petitioner is ultimately responsible in this case since they completed and signed the form. However, if the beneficiary kept 4 children a secret from her, I have to say he's a complete creep and if she knowingly left the children off then she's going to be held liable for it. Hopefully she didn't know about it and can prove it.

If I were him, I don't know who I would fear more... ICE or the scorned women coming after him :bonk:

1. Death

2.Child support

3. Tax

no matter for how long you hide yourself, they will find you. specialy for you because England has good relationship with the US. they can call interpol and have arrested be deported to the england very easily.

I have 4 children to 2 different women in my country. I didn't put them on the i-130, will i get into trouble if I was found out. My X is treatening me with child support and wants to find me overseas here in the usa, will i get into trouble for lying on my i-130?

I already have my greencard.

Wow! Does you new wife know about your four children that you care so little about you can't even be bothered to feed and clothe? There's not many women that would be with a man willing to walk away from his children.

He is the benificiary of the I-130, however since this post was made the OP has not seen fit to return..............

Why do you say that? He says he already has his green card. It is possible therefore that he is filing the I 130 on behalf of a relative as a LPR is entitled to do.

And now you have all frightened him off by deciding he is a deadbeat dad and a troll without any evidence to support that viewpoint at all. You should all go and stand in the naughty corner for 12 minutes.

What a load of #######!!!!! You can not be arested for Non payment of child support in the UK. Interpol would not be interested in any case involving non payment of child support and The UK would not have you exdradited from the US for non payment of child support.

Should he pay for his children??? sure he should. But please dont post things that are not true.

backinthestates I can tell you from experience that Department of Revenue and Child Support will find you and they are worse than immigration. As far as the I-130 is concerned if your name is on their birth certificate or if you signed any documents saying you are the father YES you will get in a lot of trouble and Green Card revoked, but if not the mother has to take a paternity test before you would be placed on child support (take care of your kids if they are yours better to resolve without going through child support).

ps. just hope she does not report you to the US Embassy in her country

YOU CAN GET INTO HUGE TROUBLE FOR THAT>>>> I use to work as a paralegal for an immigration lawyer and this guy lied in legal documents and he was denied as well as deported. ALSO MY OWN FATHER DID THIS TO ME AND I'M IN THE PROCESSING OF SUEING HIM...AND TRUST ITS BAD FOR HIM CAUSE THEY WILL TAKE HIS PAPERS AWAY.
