Hey guys!

Just called NVC and found out that my case has been completed! It took a whole month longer due to 2 RFEs (none of which I could've avoided) but now it's done! :)))) Interesting enough, I can still log into the payment website....someone forgot to switch off my access? :bonk:

Right on!

That's awesome news -- now you can get in line for the interview wait which I hope isn't going to be too long but I fear that it is.

Congratulations at least now you know that you have nothing to worry about for the moment.

Hey you should totally do that -- let people know what the RFEs and such were so they can avoid them?

;)

But hey, it's all done now. I gotta ask you, your name is mikey78 so are you really a mikey as in a dude or are you a woman? I hate using the wrong pronoun here...

Thank you thank you thank you :D

I would never suspect mikey could appear gender-ambiguous B) LOL...in my case mikey as for a dude :) ...but I have a great contact with my feminine side ;) Lgg, it would be fun if we ended up at the doctor's and in MTL at the same time...the last two people who interviewed the same day in MTL had their cases completed in May withing two weeks from each other...so ;)

OH geez...

Quit making fun, would you? "Course, Mikey's a guy! Glad you're in touch with your feminine side then!

:)

yeah, I'm sure we'll be neck and and neck with the whole thing as we're only a couple of weeks, not even, apart. I'm just getting all ranging thinking that we are going to have to wait forever to get our interviews. So sad... as I've said before, almost every other country schedules an interview a couple weeks after completion for the following month.

anyway, it's my last bit of worrying so I figured I should make the best of it!

;)

I kid...

We'll keep each other posted and such... as there aren't too many of us cr1/IR-1 finished up right now...

Our time line for CR1 visa took only 5 months and 1 week or 156 days; from the filing the I-130 on the 03-12-2009 to Approval of NOA2 on the 05/13/2009, then Interview on the 08/18/2009 at Manila, Philippines. We had a daughter on the 11-12-2010 named AISHA JOY means HAPPY LIFE.a1_opt-1.jpga2_opt-1.jpga3_opt-1.jpg

YOu know? I read the CR1/IR1 scheduling countdown in the Canadian forum and there is no real set way they do things. Also? That particular chart is missing a very important piece of information -- WHEN People were actually assigned their interview... Seriously, that's important to know as this way you can figure out more data that way. WHo cares when they sent in t heir IV or AOS packages, I want to know WHEN the interview was scheduled -- in math and science, it's far easier to come up with a possible structure when you've got empirical evidence. IMHO...

PS...

I think we're in for a LOOOOOOOOOOONG wait.. i was just reading some Canadian K1 forums and none of them have been scheduled either and one said she's spoken to some higher up dude and even though she's been done since June, she won't interview 'til at least November.

Great.

Another xmas alone again.

YAY!!!!!!
