I-130 approved 2/24
Priority date 12/6/2007
4/6/2010 letter from NVC arrives to son dated 3/4/2010
5/4/10 received AOS and DS3032 via email
9/22/10 Interview BOG Passed
10/3/10 POE JFK all went well

Interview Assigned - December 3, 2009 - FINALLY!!

Medical - December 14, 2009 - Passed

Embassy/Interview - January 26, 2010 Montreal, Quebec Canada - 167 days PASSED!!!

Port of Entry - February 26, 2010 Baltimore International, Maryland

USCIS -- ROC package sent off

November 26, 2011 to Vermont station November 30, 2011 received NOA1December 16, 2011 received biometrics appointment.

January 04, 2012 Biometrics

September 2, 2012, RFE Received.

September 22, 2012 RFE responded to

October 15, 2012 ROC approved, 10 Green card on its way.

Its stopped in its tracks (I ran out of BEER :o )! !!!

Actually, I did run out of beer, but my copier (my computer printer) also ran out of ink after copying so much...then I went to WalMart/BestBuy to get replacement cartridges...and...found out my printer is obslete (o ya..forgot to mention that its a 9 pin dot matrix :lol: )...so I can't get cartridges! :bonk:

Anyways, so I'm just now 'sorting'...and then I'm either going to 'borrow' my company's copier...or take them to an office depot and let them run these 10000s of pages through their copier...

Anyways...I hope to get it done by this weekend. I think that Monday is the start of my 90 days...want to get that off...

I have to admit, I have a ton of evidences in that box...its pretty amazing to look at and go through the past 2 years of our lives. In that sense, I am enjoying it (L)

BTW - Have I mentioned to you guys that I love my wife (even though she's not a commie) and that she is a true Angel? (F) Yes...I am full o' corn...cuz Iz KornY :D
