nope john it's just normal. that's why I was like #######? I know it's normal to spit stitches out but I didn't think it would come out this late in the game. obviously I was wrong. I thought it took 30-60 days for them to dissolve but this thing says 70-90

Ignore what the doctors tell you, and cut the carbs. Worked for me. Plus, there are statin drugs and niacin supplements.

By the way, how low is too low, and how high is too high? Sometimes those doctors are #######. HDL over 40 and LDL under 160 is just fine.

Just be careful. I had that happen, but it wouldn't come out easy, but fester instead. I went in several times to have them removed. It hurt like he!!, so the last time I had it happen I waited, waited, waited until I could see it wasn't going away on its own. I called the doctor to schedule an appointment for the next day. Within a half an hour I had a high fever and chills. They took a blood test and confirmed that I had a staph infection. It happened so fast I had no idea what hit me, but it sure was scary.
