It's been very hard for me to get on the internet M-W, as hubby is in school and I have the monkey, aka my son. Luckily my hubby was home early tonight so I get my VJ fix.

Amby, the "fanciest" meatloaf I ever had was a veal meatloaf, grilled and served with chanterelle mushrooms and a red wine gravy. But I don't really consider that super fancy or anything. Just curious, how exactly did you aunt think you would make a "fancy" meatloaf?
