So, anyways, my company laid off another 135 people today...but I am still here But...now I have to work more

My wife got a $2/hour raise this week though

it truly was my calling in life and i miss it alot

i stopped training about a year ago

i made some good side money too

I was a freakin gym rat and now I have the same excuses my clients always had

it feels good being lazy tho

what do you do now? or was that just a side job?

Amby i finally resorted to getting a real job

i just wasn't making the money i should have been doing what i was doing

i started out as a gym attendant...got certified and became a fitness instructor of all sorts and then finally decided not to work as hard and become a trainer. I became lean and mean but depression took hold during this chopf#!* journey, I got an office job and training became part time...part time became less and less because domestic life came a callin then I just didn't care anymore. I just wanted a normal 9-5 and not running around at everyone else's convenience or getting stood up because someone didn't feel like coming in.

So a year later I miss the gym. I miss my clients and I miss me, the way I was.

There just comes a time when you say enough is enough and you get motivated.

Evening my commie family. Fixed my hubby and daughter a homemade chicken pot pie. It was yum! Hope y'all are having a great evening...we JUST got internetz back. Was out for a couple hours.

Oh, btw...meatloaf is hubby's favourite thing. It IS like a huge meatloaf...good description.
