Amby...i realize I am not a good role model right now but you are speakin with a certified personal trainer.

I have been in the fitness industry for years it is only this last year since hubby joined me that all my good habits went out the window :blush:

oooh I have a question for you. I had a tummy tuck about 8 weeks ago and now when I run my entire stomach tingles. ever hear of that?

are you serious?

I never had a tummy tuck so I can't actually relate but 8 weeks isn't that long after

I know when I had my gall bladder removed there was some weird sensation I got where my stitches were, even after they were removed.

it could be that when your skin moves it pulls on the area of your incision and that creates the sensation.

did you really need to go under the knife? :unsure:

Forget it, I will hire someone to exercise for me.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

yeah I did. I gained and lost weight and had a lot of loose skin. I didn't have anything done to the muscle so my surgeon said it was cool to exercise after 6 weeks.

your doctor would know better but that is all i can think of.

even after 3 children and on/off weight gain (which wasn't that dramatic) I never had that problem and alot of women have asked me what they can do about that. I suppose there are those conditions that cannot be remedied even with the most discipline and hardcore ab exercises. :unsure:

it truly was my calling in life and i miss it alot

i stopped training about a year ago

i made some good side money too

I was a freakin gym rat and now I have the same excuses my clients always had :blush:

it feels good being lazy tho :devil:

September 2, 2012, RFE Received.

September 22, 2012 RFE responded to

October 15, 2012 ROC approved, 10 Green card on its way.

So, anyways, my company laid off another 135 people today...but I am still here :thumbs: But...now I have to work more :angry:

My wife got a $2/hour raise this week though :thumbs:
