Nice 3 day weekend for me. Makes coming back to work that much more difficult. Trying to convince my parents to have a thanksgiving dinner on Oct. 12 for Mel (It's Canadian Thanksgiving). My mom though, has grown weery of making big holiday dinners. I think she figured that my sister would have learned to do it by now or me. The one time I cooked a thanksgiving dinner, I applied math to the equation and fvcked it all up. Eight hours of cooking on 325 was the instructions, so I did some extrapolating and figured 2.5 hours at 500 degrees would accomplish the same thing. Black on the outside and frozen pink on the inside
