Nagi...have you ever read the book "The Little Flower" by Saint Therese of Lisieux? It is her autobiography...and I think you would find that you have a lot in common with her...might comfort you.

it hurts again this morning. haven't taken the aspirin yet. been hurting just on the right side. husband says it is because i think too much, and should clear my mind :P

I usually try to practice 'stillness'...sitting perfectly still...and then focusing on the breath as you breath in deeply/exhale...

This is calming...can possibly help with reducing stress and helping ease tension and their symptoms (headaches/etc)

I'm sure your husband knows of this as well...

Im so stressed it is affecting my immune system...I have been suffering these last few days with ' spastic bowel ' , plus with my kidney infuction I have been getting rigors.
