i couldn't at first, but i can now touch me toes, hehehe. it is harder than i thought it would be. husband does it nearly everyday. tried to teach me. but he frustrates me, or vice versa, :lol: i don't know, but we can never get through an entire session together. one of us just leaves.

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

Back when I was teaching, I had a student with Downs Syndrome. His family arranged for him to get yoga as part of his physical therapy. His sessions were during my off period, so I decided that I would go with him. Now, going into it, I knew it was hard, and I knew it was even harder if you weren't all that flexible. What I didn't realize is how physically demanding it is. I'll admit my ignorance, on the first session I thought to myself "how hard can this be, it's just sitting and stretching". Wrong.

I don't really get panic attacks anymore, but I do still have the bad habit of waiting til the last possible moment to do things. I am pretty good at estimating time and distances, so, I can plan out a task, how much time it will take and what it will involve. My problem is I cannot seem to start it unless I am under pressure. When I was in school, I would be on the brink of a panic attack half the semester. I've always been this way, but I suppose I've learned to relax a lot more. My wife just says i'm lazy now :lol:
