Good morning good Commies!

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

hello, commies.

today is already starting to suck. my boss just told me that i cannot carry over a negative pto balance. as it stands, i will have 35 hours of pto available by december 31 which is all well and good because we can carry over up to 40 hours. the problem is, if the husband's interview is this year, i cannot go since the majority of my time off would be in the airplane/airports (it takes about 22 hours with layovers, etc) and i would have to work on a monday or a friday. so i could only spend about a day in actual india. i asked her about a personal leave which she would have to get approved thru upper management, and we know how that goes. i have also asked her about me working in our office in india for a couple of weeks. i know that would probably require a work visa, but desperate times call for desperate measures. last year i had a mental breakdown because of the stress of the k1. i CANNOT go through it again. i cannot quit my job either since i will be the sole provider until he gets a job. and i do not want to live with my mom, plus she doesn't have any room since recently taking in my nephew. i wasn't expecting to get the i130 approved so soon, not complaining though, it is a good thing. i know my husband can pass the interview. he did last year. we just didn't have the documents they required. lesson learned, so i front loaded as much as possible (11 pounds and 3 oz worth of front loading). no RFEs for me.

Sorry to hear, Comrade K. I had a mental breakdown during our first petition back in 06.

Perhaps God has other plans for you that are even better and everything will work out accordingly.

thanks sister Nagi. He has everything under control, which is a VERY good thing. my mom says i should just let Him handle it. most of the time i am carefree, but when i worry on something, i have anxiety attacks. heck i am worried about going to his interview, and i do not even know when it will be. my hair will be gray soon.

thanks brother dean.

Me too, and we actually do this to ourselves. Like I always say, this process has left me extremely bitter.

Nagi I am good today, woke up well however woke the hubby up 2 hours late so he is not a happy camper with me. oh well.

Dean Hello there my good sir

Sister K,

You can always delay it a little at the NVC level ( I know I know how much longer ) and make theinterview for next year. But I am pretty sure your man can handle it. Might be a good idea though to be there since the BS with the K1.
