Holy ####### bill any fires close to the humbel abode? That stinks, yeah i do not niss the hurricanes from miami however i hate the snow in jersey :D

Cool doggie baths are fun cause usually you end up soaking wet also :lol:

I gots the scanner going. It's been squawking all morning. The closest smoke check is 10 to 20 miles away. There probably won't be any big fires today, because it's humid, but those fires in the wilderness sorta smolder for days, until conditions are just right, and then they flare up. We are close enough to the main road that I don't worry, unless something starts close by. And I can hear the aircraft flying over head. Maybe I will go outside and take a look.

We are okay. Just a gentle breeze, and just enough rain drops to knock down the dust. I did have to go outside at 3am to move some stuff so it won't get wet. We generally don't get any rain until next month. Must be that kid, El Ninio, fault.
