I-130 visa petition-direct consular filing USEM

We submitted I-130 visa petition.

The only thing we are worried about is that we forgot to tell them, that we want to do a DCF. I hope that they realized thats what we want it to do.

09/11/2009 ==== Recieved Notice of Approval(Petition Approved)

10/16/2009 ==== Case Number given by USEM

10/18/2009 ==== Packet 3 recieved

10/20/2009 ==== Packet 3 sent to Immigrant Visa Unit

11/10/2009 ==== Packet 4 recieved

11/10-11/2009 ==== Medical Passed

December 01,2009 Interview Date (IR-1 Visa)

Interview Passed:)

December 03,2009 : VISA ON HAND

POE : 01/29/2010 (Manila - Los Angeles)

02/04/2010: Welcome notice and Greencard received.

02/06/2010: SSN received.

Timeline

Did you submit the I-130 directly to the embassy, with proof that the USC has lived in the Philipines for 6+ months legally? If so, it will automatically be processed as DCF, because non-DCF cases have to be sent by the petitioner to a lockbox in the USA.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Hi,we submitted I-130 directly to the Embassy with all the requirements. My husband has lived in Philippines for 2 and a half years legally.

Thank you guys..I'll put our timeline here very soon... :)
