you should have gotten the appoinment confirmation email from embassy right after your fiance set the eschedule for your interview. but relax, coz sometimes they send it to you a couple days later.

for medical at st. lukes, you need to bring the following:

1.) appointment letter from embassy (tell your fiance to forward the confirmation letter to you and print it, this is needed the most, without it the security guard will not let you in)

2.) letter from NVC that indicating your case# (you should know your case# when ur filling up he SLEC form)

3.) 3 2x2 ID photos w/ white background

4.) passport

5.) black ballpen

6.) P10,500.00 for medical fee

Note: wear clothes that easy to disrobe and comfortable shoes/sandals/flip flop as you will be needing to climb the stairs back and forth from the 2nd to 5th floor.

good luck!
