How many I-134s should USC prepare?

Hi guys...

We are still waiting for our NOA2, and while waiting we have been going over the documents I will be needing for the interview later on at the U.S. Embassy Manila. They will require us to present an I-134 and its supporting documents at the time of the interview.

I have a 10-year-old daughter from a previous marriage, and she will be joining us on a K4 visa.

Does she need a separate I-134 (and supporting documents) when we go for the interview?

(Thanks for being concerned about the type of visa we are planning to use, but we have no intention of leaving our daughter behind for any given amount of time...which is one of the main reasons why we have opted for K3/K4. Thanks and good luck with your journey!)

"Does she need a separate I-134 (and supporting documents) when we go for the interview?" Yep! Plus the tax and bank records backing it up!

No problema as I did the whole K3/K4 trip already. Wish I'd done the CR-1/CR-2 now but they are here. I didn't know what a hassle and the cost adjusting status would be.

Hi there.

I have a follow up question re: question #8 on the I-134.

Question #8 is: The following persons are dependent on me for support. Then it must be indicated if they are Wholly Dependent or Partially Dependent.

I understand that this question relates to which people are declared on my husband's (USC) tax returns.

Since we (my daughter and I) are not living in the U.S. yet, I am thinking this section should be answered NONE, because he cannot declare us on his income tax returns yet.

Am I right in this assumption?
