I mailed off my 129F package on 26 June through UPS so the package should have arrived at the Califonia Service Center by Thursday 29 June according to UPS. It has been 15 days since I mailed the package, should I be worried? The average is 10 days for the NOA1? Payato

11 Oct 06 - Case MNL783xxx received by Manila Embassy... guess NVC lied

26 Dec 06 - Received Packet 4

18-19 Jan 07 - Medical complete early, scheduled 8 Feb

19 Jan - CFO completed after SLE shots... have to go back for the stamp after visa approval

15 Feb 07 - Interview Approved

24 Feb 07 - Arrive at Honolulu POE

2 Apr 07 - Married, civil ceremony, mailed AOS

17 Apr 07 - Checks cashed for AOS & AP

22 Apr 07 - Filed Expedite for AP

8 May 07 - Biometrics Appt

8 May 07 - Filed complaint with local USCIS for no action on Expedite request

1/27/06 - Check cleared

7/10/06 - NOA2

7/14/06- rec'd @ NVC

8/14/06- NVC sent petition to Consulate

8/17/06 - Korean Consulate rec'd Petition

8/23/06 - rec'd packet 3 from Consulate

8/25/06 - sent packet 3 back to Consulate

8/27/06 - got confirmation email from Consulate, they rec'd packet three

8/27/06 - requested interview date via Consulate internet site.

9/1/06 - Checked internet site for interveiw date, it was there

9/25/06 - Interview date - APPROVED

9/28/06 - Visa in Zaeems Hand - YEAHHHHH

1/6/07 - leaving for USA

1/20/07 - Wedding Date

1/20/07 - MARRIED!!!!!

No because it was regular UPS and no and over night express. No traxcking number for the package. but I do have 3 complete duplicate packages just in case. Payato

From what I've heard, Nebraska should forward my package to CSC. It's been 2 weeks heading to the 3rd one for me. Tomorrow's monday so let's keep our fingers cross. After 3 weeks I'mma call the Nebraska and if nothing is out of it then I'll call Cali base.

Ok, It has been 4 weeks and not a peep out of the USCIS, No NOA1, my check has not cleared... is there a way to contact the UCIS without having the case number form the NOA1? Or am I just being impatient? Payato

I sent my 129 f to the chicago lock box June 24. Monday will be a month. When I called to ask about it....I talkd to a very RUDE officer and she said that it could take even up to 90 days. Then I said well I was just calling because the web site says we can acll after 30 days to check, and most pople get a reply at last within 9 days. Then she said they did not have it and again said it sometimes can takes up to 90 days. The officer was rude and of no help. HOWEVER, there is another member who filed the 129 f around the same time as me 2 days apart and she got her NOA1 on friday. So it gives us hope that maybe soon we will start getting our NOA1s too. I hope this gives people waiting for the NOA1 a small ray of relief.

It took almost a month, We got our NOA 1 today. Monday would have been 4 weeks and the timeline states the average is 10 days. Good luck Payato
